Know the offshore IT context in Morocco, collect useful information rapidly , meet with key players in the market to identify and assess execution scenarios of the offshoring strategy
Our intervention:
A study on the offshore sector in Morocco summarizing the key elements of appreciation for investors (global context and the labor market, investment incentives, infrastructure, qualification of resources)Organization and planning of a 3 days trip for the Client’s Top Management : advising on public and private stakeholders meeting and assist the client during the appointments, structuring and analysis of information gathered and advising on the choice of scenario execution of the offshore strategy
